How will I know if my item has been despatched?
Once your parcel has been shipped and despatched, we will send you an e mail with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. All of our parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail and can be tracked by visiting https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Processing time for all orders is between 1-2 days, however we will always try to process orders on the same day with next day despatch. Please allow up t 5 working days to receive your order.
How can I return my item?
If your item is in its original condition with existing tags and packaging, you may be eligible to return either for an exchange or full refund, excluding underwear, swimwear and sale items.
What happens if my item does not arrive?
If your item has not arrived after 10 days please contact us at email@example.com for further information
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery fees are set at a standard fee of £3.99, however if your order is over £75.00 your parcel will be delivered free of charge.
I have not received my free item, what should I do?
Loving your look will run special promotions during certain times and if you were eligible to receive a free gift with your purchase that you have not received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to resolve your problem.
I have a faulty item, what should I do?
Faulty items can only be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original order date. If you need to report a problem, please contact us at email@example.com
I have not received my refund?
Refunds will be credited to the card/account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show and check with your provider first. If you are still experiencing issues with your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more support.
An item I like is showing as out of stock, when will they be back in stock?
